Ronda Arndorfer began her Pilates career in 2004 when she first opened her Pilates on the Lake Studio from her home in Dousman, WI. In 2006, she completed her Pilates Certification from The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO with 985 hours of Teacher Training. Ronda was first introduced to Pilates back in 2001 while rehabilitating from numerous running injuries while training to run her first marathon at age 40. Her success with using the Pilates rehabilitation prompted her to pursue Pilates as her passion. In addition to completing the Eric Franklin Method of Movement Level 1 Training in 2011, Ronda will also be working towards completing 800 hours of Rasamaya training in 2011. This training will include: 100hr Foundation Course, 100hr Yoga Teacher Training, 100hr Core & Barre Teacher Training, 100hr Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, 400hr Structural Therapy Teacher Training. As the original founder of Pilates on the Lake, Ronda continues her vision in providing the best, top-quality instructors with fully-equipped, state-of-the-art facility for each Pilates, Yoga and Barre Movement clients. Her mission is to create an enthusiastic, positive, light-hearted environment which continually inspires one another to search for creative ways to teach and motivate our clients. Ronda currently lives in Colgate, WI with her husband Frank. When away from the studio, Ronda shifts her energy and passion towards raising awareness for Lyme Disease which has a close personal connection to her family. In May 2010, she organized and hosted the 1st Annual Ride Against Lyme Bike Event in Pewaukee and continues to promote awareness with seminars offered at the studio.
