10 classes: $40 ($4 per class, total savings of $10)

1. For your child’s safety, all children must be signed in and out of the childcare room by the same parent or legal guardian. Proper photo identification may be required upon arrival and departure.
2. The door to the childcare room will be open 15 minutes prior to the start of class with the caretaker ready to begin watching your child. Please have your child settled in the childcare room at least five minutes prior to the start of class.
3. You must remain present on the premises for the entire duration of their child’s stay in the childcare room.
4. Children 8 weeks to 10 years are welcome.

Reservations

1. Reservations are required and can be made online on our online scheduling system. Reservations cannot be requested via phone or email. If you cannot reserve a space online in time for the start of class, than childcare is provided on a first come, first serve basis.
2. You understand that the studio can legally only accommodate 8 children in the childcare room.

Health and Safety

1. Please be responsible and do not bring your child into childcare if he/she is sick. Movement Center Pewaukee reserves the right to deny acess to any child who appears to be sick.
2. The Movement Center staff is not responsible for diapering or toileting. In the event a diaper change is necessary, the parent or guardian will be notified immediately.
3. There is no food allowed in the childcare room.
