PILATES is known for it's amazing ability to strengthen your core, improve back stability and create a long, lean, supple look to your body. The resistance created by the springs and straps on the equipment enables the bodies to become lengthened and strong. Clients move through a system of classical exercises lying face down, face up, sitting and standing.
YOGA helps reduce stress, increases flexibility and strength. It caters to all individual needs by strength training and lengthening through poses and breath. Yoga is for the inflexible, the stressed and helps with areas of tension: shoulders, back, hamstrings, and hips. Come and grow your mind and body. You will feel the difference in your everyday life.
BARRE is an empowering, effective, athletic workout specifically designed to strengthen and lengthen the body. The class is fueled by fun, upbeat music and efficiently flows through each muscle group, creating endurance and stamina through strength training and increased flexibility through stretching. The movements are influenced by classical ballet barre methods, Pilates and yoga exercises.
